Spoke on the phone first to Steve, then spoke to his son Simon. Both of them seemed really nice chaps over the phone and in person. Went to see a car, but neither Steve nor his son Simon ( most likely the Simon who made the fake positive comment above) were the registered keepers of the car. The car seemed to be in a immaculate condition with a clean service history: However, here's the catch: The registered keeper was someone called Harry who lived in Manchester ( which "coincidently" enough had a similar postcode to the Bramhall Motors LTD on gov.uk ) but is now supposedly “deceased”. Steve and Simon said the gentleman died and someone sold them the car but they didn't update the right owner details on the V5C as this would decrease the value of the car. I was still hooked on the car and was just about to make the payment. They didn't have a card machine so Simon suggested I make a bank transfer to his personal Monzo bank account. I asked if there was any company bank details I could pay onto, but he said if I sent him the money he would then transfer to the "company bank account". After putting his bank details on my phone and being so SOOOOO close to sending nearly 2k to his account.......... my Mobile Banking App blocked me from doing that and advised me to call bank advisers. So I did. I spent an HOUR on the phone getting advice from a Fraud ADVISOR, and after a while I came to the conclusion I was sooo damn near to getting scammed by Simon. That Fraud ADVISOR SAVED me from making a payment I would be regretting for a very Long time. Fraud advisor on the phone explained to me and to Simon it is illegal to sell a car from a deceased person without updating the new keeper details correctly. Imagine if I I would be buying the car, and he would get away. And in the end the car would get taken away from me. Also, The tiny piece of space where the cars were was probably not even his either. As soon as I would have bought the car, I would never see him there again. I guess that also explains why when you type Bramhall Motors on Google it has the old address of Langley Mill and says "Permanently closed". They probably move from place to place so they don’t get caught. I am so glad the mobile banking app stopped me from making the payment and the fraud advisor was so EXTREMELY HELPFUL. Wish I could buy him a few pints lol. ABSOLUTE HERO!! In a few words, do yourself a FAVOUR, save your money, do NOT purchase a car from these lot.

I paid £4300 for a 2023 Ford Focus which didn't even see it's next service or MOT due to engine failure. I was advised by mechanics to "get rid" sold for £1000. £3400 down in 12 months and I'm still without a car and the inconvenience is unbelievable. All the whole the bloke that sold if me is unaffected.

Purchased a Ford Focus Titanium from Steve at Bramhall Motors a little under 2 months ago. From seeing the car advertised to paying my deposit and signing for the car it took 12 hours. Vehicle was very reasonably priced for its age/mileage. I actually asked Steve why it was so reasonable... he told me he had purchased it at a good price and didn't need to price it any higher just to grab extra pennies. He didn't want to screw over his customers. Honestly one of the nicest, most honest, genuine car dealers I've ever had the pleasure to speak with.

Bought a corsa from Steve and Angie 2 months ago I'm extremely pleased with it. It's very economical and drives great I got a really good deal and would recommend Bramhall Motors as good honest dealers.

I can't recommend Bramhall Motors enough. Fantastic after sales service. I had a slight problem with a lever sticking and even though it was out of my Warrenty Steve told me to bring it down and he had it sorted for me straight away. If you are looking for a car then this is the place to go!
