Bought a second hand car off this lot. And decided after a couple of days I wanted a model with a higher spec. They offered me 2 grand less than I paid for it 2 days previously despite promising on their website that they would offer full refund within 14 days of purchase if customer not entirely satisfied with purchase They are constantly fiddling price figures and blinding you with science . Sounds very suss to me and I'm sure HMRC Would be interested in the way they conduct their affairs . STAY WELL CLEAR OF THESE CONMEN NOW REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS
Booked car in for an investigation as battery classed as low by an RAC recovery bloke (who was very helpful) Peugeot seemed more interested in investigating the life of the battery than replacing it, so that they didn’t have to pay because the car is under warranty I walked out!

Recently purchased 3008 under the click and collect regime, All went extremely smoothly, car was spotless on collection and the transaction took place in only a few minutes. Absolutely would recommend.

Bought ex demo from overseas, offered full asking price, after the deal they told us the mileage was 1000+ more than told at point of sale. They offered us three things to make up for it, £100 off price, Diamond coat, and a tank of fuel. On collection the £100 off price that was offered as compensation was fulfilled the full tank of fuel was not fulfilled and we had to force them to put it in. Diamond coat was not fulfilled, it had been put on 12 months earlier,when the car had entered service and was not an extra at all. Since Bristol Street motors have called me a liar in their reply I have uploaded a copy of the Diamondbrite registration clearly showing the date it was applied, so Kerry, they lied to you too!! it was a whole year before purchase and NOT an extra at point of sale at all. All in all a bunch of liars who once the cash is paid over ( had to do a bank transfer the day before as travelling overseas to collect) where just useless. We have been through this process 3 times and never been ripped us like this. Let the buyer beware. Read the reviews for Bristol Street Peugeot in Northampton, it is a recurring theme!

I booked my vehicle in for recall works. When I collected the vehicle, there were 2 x stone chips on the windscreen. I immediately noticed this as I left the garage so returned. They agreed to repair the chips, but when I returned to collect, it was clear that if they had been repaired, it was a bad job and it would require a new windscreen. Once this was pointed out to Peugeot, they started denying it was them that caused the chips. The windscreen was totally chip free when it arrived, having only been driven the short distance from the MOT garage to BSM Peugeot, and the MOT noted that there were no chips on the screen. When I dropped the vehicle off originally a staff member went over the vehicle with me and did not note any damage to the screen, but when I questioned this with the manager, he stated they only have a quick look over the vehicle - not my problem really. I know it was chip free when I dropped it there and when I collected it, it wasn't. They are now refusing to do anything about it - oh apart from an offer towards my insurance excess which quite frankly takes the mick that I should have to go through my own insurance rather than theirs! If you do take your vehicle here, I would strongly suggest you be very very wary that they may cause damage to your vehicle and then refuse to do anything about it. I will never use Bristol Street Northampton again.

What a load of cobblers. Sounds like you tried to pull the wool over their eyes and they called your bluff.
I have in the past month purchased a Vauxhall Astra SXI, the staff at Bristol Street Motors in Northampton sorted things out when i need and gave me the right info, any questions he answered even over the phone so nothing i can mark them down for
