Great service from John Xenos when purchasing my car. Had been looking for a car closer to home, but one wet day on holiday we happened to drive past and saw a car that looked like what I wanted. John was very helpful and answered all questions. If he didn’t know straight away, he went and found the answers out. He was able to speed up the buying process so I could collect my car before the end of our holiday. Thank you so much.

We looked at several cars at different dealerships but felt like they were just trying to make the quick sale, without providing the service. One dealership we delt with must have called me every day for a week trying to get the sale, even though I said we wanted time to look around and I would contact them when I had decided. What made Brooklyn Hyundai appeal was they were very knowledgeable and let us take our time to decide. No pressure sales and genuinely really nice people. We dealt with Richard who was excellent. Polite, knowledgeable easy to chat to, without pushing the sale, allowing us time to make the decision. We would highly recommend them.

Just picked up our Hyundai I20 from Brooklyn garage today. We were very impressed with the service from Josh who sorted everything out for us from our initial meeting a week ago to picking up the car today. He gave us a comprehensive tour of the car before we drove away with a beautiful bouquet of spring flowers!

As a motability customer, I am well used to dealers turning their nose up at the mere mention of the 'M' word. Such was not the case at Brooklyn Hyundai. Richard Evans was superb, from initial inquiry to today's delivery of the vehicle I must admit that I was sceptical of his estimate of October/November of THIS year! Some dealers could not even provide me with an estimate! The vehicle arrived earlier than expected, and I would not have known the difference between a 'real' customer and a Motability client. The flowers for my wife were a particularly nice touch and considering how little the dealership makes on Motability sales, a very pleasant and unexpected surprise. This is a dealership built around customer experience, and I could not fault it. Thank you Richard for a superb experience.

What a great service from Gerri and the team at Brooklyn Hyundai in Seaford. A special mention to our sales advisor Richard for a totally professional and courteous approach regarding my purchase of a Hyundai ioniq SE which I’m very happy with. My wife was totally overwhelmed with the bouquet which she received , this was a really nice gesture. Thanks for making my purchase hassle free with the finance option I received. Took my Car in for a interim service and a few months on discovered the car was leaking oil. I booked car back in for engine inspection. 3 weeks wait before for car could be seen so had a look under hood to discover engine oil cap had not been replaced after earlier service. Oil had leaked all over the engine and my driveway where it had been parked. Contacted the service manager who was at best extremely surly and unresponsive, he lied several times throughout my dealing with the company (I have email evidence). Car was eventually taken in but the problem not sorted to my satisfaction. The whole experience from start to finish was unsatisfactory: dealing with both the service manger and the managing director, who was extremely offensive ,aggressive and tried bullying me. The email trail I have from the company is clear evidence of their unprofessionalism, dishonesty and aggression.
