I've had lots of previous cars and a few variants of makes, but I wanted to go for something I've never had before, a Mercedes. I decided I wanted a Hybrid. I found a few with different dealers that I liked. Brownroyd were so helpful, I spoke to Billy who was fantastic, absolutely spot on. A straight forward and easy purchase, I was in and out within no time. I'm not local but was in the area on business. I had a scan on Autotrader and found a BMW 330 Diesel, I called them in the morning, they said the car is prepped, clean and ready to go, I collected it that afternoon and traded mine in. The easiest car purchase I've ever made, and I have made plenty! I'm very pleased with the car, its doing great, just put the private reg on and I'm having some fun with it, very accommodating dealer and extremely quick turn around.

I was so pleased with my Mercedes when I went to collect it, I had done the majority online and over the phone, it was Saj I was speaking to. He was lovely, really friendly, welcoming and had lots of information on the car, he was on the ball. I went to collect the car and I took my Mum with me, she was scoping the stock out and is now buying a car herself from Brownroyd Motors. The collection was as smooth as it could have been given the restrictions and the staff adhered to all social distancing and covid measures, I felt very safe on site with them. When I'm ready for an upgrade, I will definitely be back to this dealer.

Very happy with my new car (Mercedes-Benz C Class) - it was very quick and smooth process and the customer service was very good. The team were on the ball, helpful and very knowledgeable, there wasn't a question that they couldn't answer - very impressed with the over-all experience.

I found the car online and contacted the dealership, from the first telephone call the salesman was very helpful, he gave me all the details of the car and told me to have a think and come back to them.
