My mate is actually looking at a car this weekend with Brownroyds, I was so impressed when I purchased mine from them I insisted he looked there first! The guys were the nicest dealers I have ever met, nothing was too much trouble for them and they were all very down to earth. Absolutely over the moon with my newly bought 420, it is a really comfortable car to drive and has ran extremely well so far. I have no complaints at all with the service provided by the staff, they were welcoming and made the transaction as smooth as possible. I really appreciated the service provided to me by the lads at Brownroyd Motors, they were extremely helpful and a great bunch of guys to deal with. I like the fact they were quite relaxed about me viewing the car and didn't follow me about or constantly look over my shoulder at what I was doing. They let me take the car for a test drive without a time restriction so I could get a good feel for it. The Audi was absolutely fantastic, the drive felt so smooth and it hasn't put a foot wrong since. If I was looking to buy another car these are the guys I would go to first, they were just exceptional. They are everything you want a dealership to be and more!
