I could go on for days saying how amazing these are! Their service is absolutely perfect. When we first walked through the doors we were greeted and offered tea/coffee and even hot chocolate for the kids, (which they absolutely loved) Very friendly guys who were easy to get on with, it was a nice touch to the experience. Their communication was great, always updating us, and were straight forward with the whole process. I am happy to recommend to anybody looking for a new car now or in the future.

The salesman who I dealt with was Jack, I can't thank him enough for everything he did! Not only with the car, but also when I was having a few issues with insurance as well. I mainly dealt with Brownroyd Motors through a third party so I didn't get to see what their service was like first hand, however, due to the speed of the purchase, I can vouch to say that it was fast, efficient and simple. It was all finalized within a matter of days, and by time the weekend come, I was driving away with my Golf. When at the dealership upon collecting, they all seemed friendly enough and it was all ready for me within a space of 10 minutes. I am very impressed with this dealership, and more so they car, I've had no issues so far, which is very unusual for my luck with cars😂 I think I am on to a winner, so will definitely be back when I'm ready for a new adventure.

This was my fourth purchase from Brownroyds, so I guess I class as a regular to them. Every time I go they are spot on, they have their service nailed to a T. Each car I've had has always been very reliable, hence why we keep going back when we want a change, as they do the job perfectly. Quality car, Under no pressure at all to buy, no bombarding you with emails or phone calls like 99% of places, infact we exchanged the majority over whatsapp messages which was easier for me with work. Had an issue with the battery contacted the service team which you get all the details of in your buyers pack with there 3 months free warranty (can purchase longer warranty deals also), they emailed me back within a matter of minutes asking me to take the car in whenever its easiest for me so i told him a day and time it was agreed the mrs drove the car up as i was working and the battery had already been ordered ready, swapped over onto a new battery no messing about and away she went. All the guys i met as i was there seemed pleasant and they know theyre cars. Wouldnt hesistate to buy from here again, it will be the first place i look when im ready for my next, i didnt use them to part ex but asked them for a price out of curiosity and to be fair to them they offered within 250 quid of what i had already got for mine so they do give a decent part ex rate too.
