I don’t normally buy my cars from dealers, but on searching Auto trader I came across Browns Autos. I read through the reviews and was very impressed, so I contacted them to find out more. I’m normally very sceptical, but it didn’t take long after meeting them to feel relaxed and confident that I was making the right decision buying my car from this company. Josh was my first port of call, he put my mind at ease and kept in contact with me through out the process. Danny (Josh’s Dad) was also extremely helpful. Both very professional, as were the other members of staff present during my visits. I would not hesitate buying another car from Browns, no matter what part of the country I happened to be living in. I genuinely feel like I can trust this Company if I have any problems down the line Thank you Browns Autos.

I would highly recommend Browns Autos. After having been messed around with a different dealership, i came across Browns Autos and had got in contact with Josh. Josh is so lovely and really does have his customers interest at heart. Josh was so helpful throughout the process. When i arrived to pick up the car, we instantly went into process with a test drive and a look around. Peter came with me on the test drive and he is a great guy and very chatty. Didn't feel awkward at all! Felt very comfortable. Danny was really easy going and helped me with how to sort my tax and can do it at his desk if required. This was without a doubt the best experience I’ve ever had of buying a car. Josh was fantastic from the start; incredibly knowledgeable, straightforward, helpful and friendly and the whole buying process and finance application was seamless and completely hassle free. Josh and the team were great when I went to pick the car up the next day and the car is perfect, drives beautifully and was really good value for money too. This was my first experience with Browns and they’ll definitely be my first port of call for my next car.
