Browns autos is a perfect example of an amazing family run business! From start to finish Josh was 10/10 and on the collection day all staff were friendly and had a clear passion for the business and customer service making it a wonderful experience. My new car was clean inside and out, and answered any questions I had. Will definitely be back in the future and would highly recommend to anyone! The trip from Bexhill to Portslade was definitely worth it! Thank you Josh and the team at Browns auto!

Bought a car a few days ago with Browns Autos, Josh gave the best sales experience I've ever had. He wasn't pushy at all and went above and beyond to help me with any queries or issues.
Would absolutely recommend to anybody and will be returning in the future.

I bought a car from Browns autos couple of weeks ago. Josh who was the person i dealed with, was really helpful and easy going. As other sellers, he did not tried to force me to buy the car but let me in piece to make my decision. I went a couple of times to view the car and he was very happy helpinge. After the sale, there were a couple of things that needed to be sorted, and he was great on helping and explain how things are. I would definitely recommend him. As he said, he is not selling the car, but his customer support!

Josh and the team at Browns Autos were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We brought a lovely BMW M2 and are over the moon with it. It came in great condition and it’s clear they have sourced their cars with care and attention.
Josh was always available to chat through any issues and was very patient whilst waiting for our finance application to go through. They also offer a £100 refundable deposit to reserve the car which massively helped us as otherwise we probably would have lost out due to other buyers. Would 100% recommend Browns Autos and will definitely be back when it’s time for an upgrade!
