My beautiful Range Rover after searching high and low and having vehicles misdescribed to me the 700 mile round trip was well worth the effort. The range exceeded my expections in every aspect. Extensive test drive no pressure tactics with better service than I’ve received from main dealers in the past can not praise the team at Browns Autos enough a pleasure dealing with a family run business Many thanks Guys

Very disappointed way Browns Autos owner dealt with me who was clever in way of taKing a down payment for a car that was faulty and I believe it was known to them In agreement held the car to be collected but large deposit was paid .was going to make anniversary visit to Brighton too Then to be told 2 days car has failed mechanically and is now not to be sold . If I had broke my side of agreement they was prepaid to take a dedcution for time wasting No guilt and yet cocky enough to say sorry and nothing .offered a train refund which I saved via last min insurance cancellation. They not issued nothing in return other than sorry pathetic company with no morals on customer services . Would never recommended Very rude after taking deposit. No discount was given and I believe was trying push to take a faulty car.

Firstly i would like to again extend our Sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused with us refusing to sell you a faulty car that did not meet our high standards we set and refunding your deposit in full 3 days before collection was due. Unfortunately you have failed to mention that we held the car for you for just over 5 weeks, on a large deposit under the agreement we replace the front grill and sort the whining noise which we believed at the point of deposit to be a pulley on the aux belt which we both agreed to before you transferred your deposit to us, when the Front grill arrived a week after this point of deposit we had car sent down to garage for this to be replaced and pulley to be done as well as a PDI. We discovered at this point that a bearing had gone in the auto gear box, so we had car sent to a Auto gear box specialist to be done at a cost of nearly £1400 to us not you. which was a further week away, car then returned to us better but still not right, so we sent car back and again car come back and was not right after promises from this garage that it would be done. This Left us in a horrendous and awkward position but with no option but to pull out of the deal rather than sell you a faulty car especially as you and leave it to chance to see if you would notice slight whine from box. We also did this at the earliest point possible so you would get hotel deposit back which you did, we then returned you £100 for your 2 train tickets as you wanted to make a weekend of it as it was your first visit to Brighton, So to conclude we did not sell The car! As it was not fit for purpose!! We refunded you all your deposit as quick as possible as well as refund you only committed expense of £100 for you train tickets, I appreciate that this must of been frustrating but we have operated with dignity and honesty and we feel this review is only a fair reflection of yourself and not us, as others may of appreciated such values. best of luck with your future car Browns Autos

Apologies again for any inconvenience caused but we have done nothing wrong. As we refused to sell you a car because it still had an issue and was not fit for purpose at the time you wanted to collect it which was a 4-5 hour trip down to us. We refunded your deposit in full and returned you your £100 train fair and we did all this three days prior to you collecting car. We did try to resolve gear box issue but was let down by auto gear box speacialist who failed to get right in 2 attempts at the cost to us of £1400. At point of sale we told you grill needed changing which we did. and and there was whine form pulley from engine which we would do before collectinion. Which later turned out to be a bearing in gearbox. Appreciate your frustrations but we have acted with honesty and dignity and I think we have gone above and beyond on customer service not to waste your time or sell you a faulty car. Just checked my eBay mail this morning and your trying to buy the car again now it’s fully repaired so how can you stand by this review? People like you should think before speak as we pride ourselves on customer service. You clearly don’t even believe yourself as why do you want to buy the car again?
Being a woman of a certain age, and alone, I was a bit wary about going to buy a car on my own. However I should not have worried because I found the perfect outfit in Brown Autos. They couldn't have been more helpful and understanding and I am absolutely in love with my gorgeous RAV. Fantastic customer service, friendly and helpful. Browns Autos went over and above expectations in helping me find the perfect car and getting me on the road within 24 hours. They let you take the cars on a nice long test drive to make sure your happy with your chosen car and run through all the dynamics with you. You get 6 months warranty as well which is reassuring when buying a second hand car, but they check them all anyway. On top of that, they make a good cup of coffee too! Thanks guys!
When I purchased my Land Rover from Browns Autos it had been cleaned and prepared to a very high standard and a really good price. The sales advisers were happy to help and up to now I have had no issues with the car at all and it's been a few months. The car is definitely worth every penny.
