Josh is one of those rare people in the car industry who is truly genuine, honest, and easy to trust. You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does, which made the whole experience even better.

I don’t normally buy my cars from dealers, but on searching Auto trader I came across Browns Autos. I read through the reviews and was very impressed, so I contacted them to find out more. I’m normally very sceptical, but it didn’t take long after meeting them to feel relaxed and confident that I was making the right decision buying my car from this company. Josh was my first port of call, he put my mind at ease and kept in contact with me through out the process. Danny (Josh’s Dad) was also extremely helpful. Both very professional, as were the other members of staff present during my visits. I would highly recommend Browns Autos. After having been messed around with a different dealership, i came across Browns Autos and had got in contact with Josh. Josh is so lovely and really does have his customers interest at heart. Josh was so helpful throughout the process. When i arrived to pick up the car, we instantly went into process with a test drive and a look around. Peter came with me on the test drive and he is a great guy and very chatty. Didn't feel awkward at all! Felt very comfortable. Danny was really easy going and helped me with how to sort my tax and can do it at his desk if required.
