I can not recommend this place enough. From the start oh just enquiring to go to look at the cars, to buying it. The staff here are so welcoming and polite. I had to bring my car back for a small problem, which they got me booked in, and fixed ASAP. Again they were lovely too. Simon from the service, department couldn’t have done more to help me. He went above and beyond.

Firstly, Thankyou for helping us with purchasing our dream car. Dan, Adam, Peter and the team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They went above and beyond to ensure our car was completed to a high standard, even the smallest of detail was met with complete precision. We would highly recommend this dealership if your looking for a company that actually care about you the customer. We dealt with Frank at Burford Car Sales who went out of his way to assist us, I was and am extremely pleased with my purchase. Guys all looked so professional and show room immaculate. Only quibble is that the car had no fuel in it , or very little ... in my opinion I shouldn’t have had to buy it and then worry about finding a garage. Quarter of a tank would have been sufficient

I have tried on three occasions to edit my previous review but car dealer will not respond in removing the review. I would like to make it clear the original review was made in error due to crossed wires. Bought a c63 AMG couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Car salesman (Mario) couldn’t of been more helpful and polite. Very clean premises and well presented cars. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Bought a 12 plate RRS from Burford,it had a couple of electrical problems 4-5 months after i bought it,the warrenty was excellent and the staff could'nt be more polite and helpful,their technician was even happy to talk to me out of hours,car is now fixed and running beautifully,i will not hestitate to buy my next car from them. We visited Burford Car Sales to test drive a VW Tiguan. We drove the car around, shown the service history and given some time to think. We really liked the car though compared to others on the market it seemed slightly overpriced. With every intention to purchase the car my husband asked whether there could be any negotiation in the price. The salesman (I think the owner) became so aggressive. I am totally shocked, and after several minutes of my husband discussing any possible extras he remained so aggressive that we left with no purchase and in total shock at such a response.
