I can't see any reason not to give 5 stars. I was looking for a certain BMW 1 Series and it took me 6 months until I came across the one at BVG and I've got no complaints at all. It's been the perfect car.

Great service from the team at BVG Automotive, there service was spot on. Since getting the car the only thing I've had to replace was the front number plate because the screw wouldn't screw in, so I had to drill it in a different place. Otherwise, I'm happy with the car.

4 stars only because of the distance travelled to get the car, as arranging delivery turned out to be a bit of an issue, so I had to drive down. Everything else with my experience was all good. The car is running well with no issues, and I've got no complaints about the customer service I received.

As well as easily finding the right car for you, we can arrange finance, warranties, insurance and a part exchange valuation for your old car. We really are a one stop shop so you can get on with your life without worrying about all of the usual stresses of car shopping.

All cars are price checked daily to ensure we stay competitive in the marketplace, this is essential to maintaining our core principle of being as competitive as possible.

True to our commitment we allow customers to reserve cars for 7 days so you are able to test drive and view at your own convenience.

All cars go through our rigorous pre-delivery inspection to ensure service history, documentation and keys are recorded correctly. All of our vehicles are also fully HPI checked against, finance, write off, stolen, and mileage records. This protects our customers from purchasing a vehicle which could have terrible consequences.

We operate on an appointment only basis. This ensures our sales representatives are able to dedicate their utmost attention and as much time as possible to each customer. Our extremely friendly and knowledgeable sales staff will accompany you on your test drive and ensure you're comfortable with using all of the functions and features of a car. Test drives can be tailored for short local routes or longer motorway testing. We can also tailor appointments for late viewings.

We operate from a fantastic indoor showroom so even if the weather isn't looking so good we can make sure our cars can be viewed under a well lit dry area.
