Not long after collecting my Volkswagen Tiguan, there was an issue with the sensor, but thankfully this is booked in to be sorted out. Dealing with the salespeople at BVG was really good. I found that they were prompt, explained everything well and the vehicle was in good nick. If I could give any feedback, it's that I had to collect the vehicle from them sooner than I would have liked due to work, so maybe some more flexibility there.

Found my time dealing with BVG pretty good when first visiting, but not as nice when going back to collect. Altogether the vehicle is driving fine, just an issue with the rear wing that needs looking into.

I'm happy with my experience with BVG and Amin. I knew what I wanted, so after I got an alert from Autotrader that one was in stock, I jumped on the train to visit and decided there and then I wanted to purchase it. I feel the deal was good and didn't feel pressured into anything. I also appreciate that they made me wait before driving away, as it had just come in and hadn't been in their shop yet. I would go back again for the right vehicle and would recommend them to others.

Recently purchased an Audi Q3 and after some driving, including a motorway trip everything seems fine. I'm happy with the really good customer service. I would go back to BVG in the future.

I bought a Volvo V40 from BVG last month, and I am very happy with the car so far. I haven't had any issues with it. I saw the car online, and although the dealership was quite a journey for me, I was very happy when I went to see the car. It was exactly as described and looked just like the photos, with no hidden surprises, which I was happy about. It was a quick process with the dealership, and I would definitely recommend it to people who live close to the dealership.

4 out of 5. The staff were great but I did have an issue when collecting the car which meant I had to make another long trip. They could also do to have more warm rooms to sit in while waiting to do paperwork. Overall though, I would definitely use them again.

My whole family has got Audis, and I thought it was time to join the bandwagon and get myself an Audi Q3, haha! I’ve had the car for almost a month, and I am really enjoying it. I’ve found it to be a lot quicker than my previous EcoSport! My son-in-law recommended BVG, as he bought his car from there, and I must say all the guys at the dealership were so lovely. I took the car for a test drive and loved it, then picked it up a week later, lovely and clean and freshly serviced by the guys. The only fault I found was that they seemed very busy, to the point where tasks were being shared around. One person gave me the keys for the test drive, another helped me with documents, and yet another was dealing with the sale. I would have preferred to deal with one person throughout the whole process. However, that being said, each person I dealt with was so lovely and helpful. I would go back to BVG in the future and recommend them to anyone.

I recently bought an Audi R8 from BVG, and I was very pleased with the whole experience. The guys at the dealership were decent, knowledgeable, and helped me choose the right car for me. They let me look around without being pushy about making a sale. The dealership itself was welcoming and presentable. This is my first Audi, and I am really happy with it—no problems so far. I would definitely recommend the guys at BVG. I always feel like there is room for improvement everywhere, so I’m giving them 4 out of 5, but there are no major complaints about the dealership.

I bought my Mini Countryman from BVG last month, and it has been absolutely great so far—no problems with it at all. The guys at the dealership were wonderful and very, very helpful, especially Shah, who assisted me with the purchase. I give the whole experience 5 stars.

This was my first time going to BVG. I bought a Nissan Qashqai from them, and I am very happy with the car so far. I haven't had any problems with it. The guys at the dealership were friendly, and the car was cleaned for me before I took it home. I am giving the guys 4/5 stars just due to having to wait a little longer than I would have liked, but I understand some things are out of people's control, and the car is lovely.
