Very happy start to finish, the car is great and the staff are all so friendly. It's a great all round dealership offering some great deals however, the improvements I could offer are better interior valet and the rear tires weren't in the best condition. I would happily go back in future as the deals are great and variety of cars on offer can suit any budget.

BVG employ some amazing staff, they were very hospitable, approachable and they were really easy to talk to. We popped in on the off chance as we had been to look around a few dealers that day and we were met by one of the reps. He advised us that it was normally bookings only but let us take a look around anyway. The rep provided a very relaxed environment, and we were given ample time to view the BMW. Due to the amazing experience, we were able to make a same day decision to purchase the 3 series.

BVG have just got amazing staff, they were all really helpful and welcoming. It honestly makes the experience so much better when you feel welcome. I was also impressed with the standard that the Corsa was cleaned to. I can’t complaint about any of the service I received.

Extremely happy with BVG for delivering the car down to the isle of white for us. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and I think the Tiguan is a fantastic car. Would recommend to anyone who needs a car. From what I saw they had a good mixed collection of cars. We also had an issue with the bank and getting the invoices mixed up but they were also very patient and understanding about that.

This was my first time visiting a dealer and the staff at BVG made me feel really comfortable. A family member found the car for me on the internet and so I went down to view it. I thought it was perfect and then made the decision to purchase it there and then. When it was time for me to collect the car, it was immaculate inside and out, they had done a really good job on it. BVG will be the first place I look in the future when I need a new car.

First time using BVG, and they had very good customer service when I spoke to them, the car was fully valeted and was worth the wait. I’m a big fan of my Peugeot, it’s a good little runner. I would recommend and I will be back next time I need a car.

I went to BVG to pick up the Qashqai and it was beautifully clean. I was really happy with the part exchange price they gave me for my older Qashqai. Really good experience overall. I will be back in the future.

We got the VW Tiguan over a month ago now and we have no issues at all since we got it, really reliable and sturdy car. The guys at BVG were very welcoming and no nonsense. I wish the garage was a little closer to me but it was worth the drive in the end.

The A5 is perfect for me, I have had no issues. BVG were very good. Highly recommend very good service.
