Everything with my Discovery Sport is going alright. I did have a little issue with the exhaust because I had a warning light that came on saying I needed to drive the vehicle at 40mph at a certain RPM but it cleared the issue and hasn't been a problem since. Ill give it to the team at BVG, they were bang on. Due to their opening times, I was always working. So I had to do everything via the phone but they sent me a full walk around the car, explained everything on the phone, and when they dropped it off, they showed my partner around the car.

This was my first time visiting BVG Automotive and the service I received was great. The salesman was helpful and answered all my questions. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because it felt a bit rushed but it was almost closing time.

Other than noticing that the blowers on your feet don't work, my Volvo V40 has been spot on, but I still have a warranty which will hopefully cover it. As for the customer service, I did find myself waiting round a little bit while the car was getting cleaned, but I've got nothing to complain about, really.

Everything with my Mercedes GLA is super! It drives really nice and it's been a lovely car. BVG was a brilliant company to get a car from because the staff were all very helpful and the cars are a good price. Even the fella that drove the car down from Manchester was very nice. Also, thank you for the chocolates.

I can't remember the name of the salesman but he really looked after me and it was a pleasant transaction. I know it can take a couple of weeks but the only thing I haven't got yet is the log book. Otherwise I'm getting on well with the Mercedes. You couldn't tell it's a 15 year old car.

it was not perfect but it was alright. The overall factor was that the car hasnt been serviced for a year and i have to service it as my car keeps telling me to service it. Other than that its been good experience.

3 to 4 weeks since owning my Seat Cupra, and I've already done 1000+ miles in the car already. It's a very nice car to drive and since adding that mileage, I haven't come across any issues. Shah was the salesman that looked after me, and he was very good, I can't fault him. I was even offered a test drive before going ahead with it.

So far everything with my Discovery has been great! Communication was a bit slow, but I understand that from working in a dealership myself. Not much flexibility on price, but I’m happy with the alloys that were done. Everything else went really well.
