My wife bought a car from BVG the week before, so I went there too based on her positive experience. Shah was my salesman and gave great service...He was brilliant. I'm really happy with my Vauxhall Mokka and have no issues to report after 1,500 miles. Very happy with no complaints.

I saw the car online and it was exactly what I’d been after. I’ve had no issues with it so far, so all's good on that front. The service at the dealership was generally good too, but I can’t quite give a full 5/5 because of the part-exchange situation. I’d originally called and agreed a price for them to take it in, but when I arrived they said it was too old...so I had to act fast and ended up selling it to We Buy Any Car down the road which was a bit of a faff to be honest. Still giving a respectable 4/5 though as the Discovery's spot on.

The car is great, so far so good. There is a knocking noise when I turn slowly though so I'll be contacting BVG about it soon. The day we were buying it we attended 2 or 3 hours early for our appointment due to our boat arriving early and they made the effort to get us in and out quickly which was appreciated. I'd give them 5 stars.

The staff were nice and the finance team were quick to get everything sorted. I'm enjoying the car too. I'll give them 4 stars though, only because it took a good couple of weeks before the car was ready to go after purchase. I feel when the car is on the forecourt it should be ready to go. I would still go back there though because it was a good experience.

I had issues with the car after I purchased it but it got sorted it in the end. The staff are good - nice and friendly - I was just disappointed that I had issues with the car. I'll give them 3 stars.

I have had a couple of issues with the car so far but other than that it's fine. The staff were really professional and thorough with their checks, and they trusted me to go out on my own for the test drive. I'll give them 4 stars but only because of the issues with the car - the service itself was fine.

The car is fine, but we're still waiting on the logbook which BVG are sorting out to be fair. Shah was lovely, really nice, gave us plenty of time and didn't rush us which was great. I'd give them 5 stars.

The guys were very friendly not pushy at all informative and gave me a good trade in I received the car with a full MOT and it had a full service would highly recommend

The experience has been good so far although I have noticed there is a key for the passenger glovebox that I don't have. My friend recommended me to BVG and I would do the same.
