I really wanted the Jeep Renegade, which I found at BVG Automotive. It has been great so far. During the purchasing process, I did feel like they were a bit busy, and I had to deal with multiple people. However, they were very nice and sold it to me for a good price.

Overall, it's not too bad. There were a couple of issues, like a rust patch on the passenger side and the tracking being slightly out, so I had to get the wheels aligned. That said, the car itself is sound, and I appreciate the transparency. They did their best to cater to me. The process was handled through a video call, and the FaceTime walkaround was spot on. I’m giving it 4 stars.
