To be honest I haven't got a bad word to day about my visit to BVG Automotive because I've had my Audi A4 for a number of weeks now and it's been perfect. It's been on a couple of good runs to the lake district, and it's handled the motorways without an issue. The whole car buying experience has been spot on.

I’m getting on well with my Discovery. I like it a lot i think it drives well for it's age. The service from all the staff was good, though it was a busy day they did all they could to help. Unfortunately, the other car I was interested in had already been sold by the time I got there, but we still had a good little journey down to the dealership and got a great car non the less.

Before going to China I had the chance to take my BMW X6 on a really long run from Sheffield to Scotland and it handled the drive very well. If anything were to go wrong with the car, it would have been then but it's perfect. For a first time customer getting a car from BVG I was impressed with how quick they managed to turn the car around. I found them on autotrader, enquired about the car, viewed it and then I was driving it home. No complaints.

I'd give my experience a 10! My Audi has been a great car.

Unfortunately, I'm not getting on with the hybrid movement as I don't feel like I'm getting the most out of the car. Ill give it some time and see how I get on. Otherwise, I'm very happy as everyone was super friendly and they did everything they said they would, so I'm happy.

Everything is good with my car—it's my daily driver for work and back, and it’s been running very nicely, which you would expect for a Mercedes. I'm happy I was offered a test drive, and the staff were polite and professional. I’m giving 4 stars only because it was a bit busy at the dealership on the day I visited, but otherwise, I can't complain. Overall, a positive experience.

I purchased a BMW 5 Series after driving for over 1,000 miles. I absolutely love the car—it's a brilliant drive. The service from the dealership has been fantastic, and I can't fault Raf's approach to selling cars. I'm happy and content with my purchase because I trust the team here. No doubt about it, they deserve top marks. I travelled an hour from Blackburn, and it was worth it. I keep looking at their website for a car for my other half.
