Everything was straightforward. My Land Rover was in immaculate condition when it was handed over to me, and it was lovely and clean inside and out, showing me that the car had been valeted to a very high standard.

From the word go, BVG Automotive was simply amazing. I would describe RAF, the sales rep, as an expert in the car industry; there were no questions he left unanswered. What I loved most about him was his non-pushy approach and the willingness to allow me all the time I needed to ensure I was making the right choice. From the moment I stepped foot in the dealership I felt very well looked after because we had to wait for the car to come from another site but while we waited, we were offered tea and coffee. Everyone was so apologetic but kept giving us an update on when then car would be here. It was nice and reassuring to know that they cared to keep us updated. Once the car arrived, I was very impressed with the Golf and its condition, so I didn't hesitate to get it.

Since I crashed my last car, I was in the market for an upgrade and this is when I came across BVG Automotive who had the exact Land Rover Evoque I was looking for, so I was happy to make the trip to their dealership. All of the staff were super friendly and on hand to help when I told them what car I'd come to see. I was shown around the car, and after a short test drive, I was happy to go ahead with it. I've had it for a number of weeks now and it drives like a dream so I can't fault anything about my experience.

Honestly I can't thank Shah enough for the level of service he provided me. It was the most relaxing atmosphere of any dealership that I've been in before. He was always on hand to answer some questions about the Hyundai I30 I was interested in. I was confident in what I was being told and I was happy to take the car because it was exactly what I was looking for.

I've only had the chance to take my new car for a short drive because I've been on holiday since purchasing it. So I've probably covered about 200 miles. So far, it seems to be doing fine. The staff at the dealership were really helpful and there was no pressure to make a quick decision. They gave me plenty of time to think things through before making the purchase. Overall, I'd rate the experience 4.5 stars, leaving a little room for improvement. Big shoutout to Shah and Amin, the salesmen who assisted me.
