From clear video calls to email responses, he made the process so easy. The car was delivered directly to my workplace, it arrived on time and in the condition that Rob described. I decided to extend the warranty for peace of mind, but that's just me being careful. Top-quality car, top-quality service – highly recommended!

What a car my Jaguar XE is! It's my first time owning this type of car, and I couldn't be happier with it. Although I wasn't familiar with this dealership before, I am now and it's not a dealership I will forget in a hurry because the process was straightforward but also nice and relaxed. On the day of collection, the car looked immaculate, thanks to a thorough cleaning inside and out. The sales team provided excellent communication throughout the entire process, which made the experience even better because it's good to know that if I called them up, I would always hear back from them.

I've not had much chance to get out in my Volkswagen Golf-E because I only got temporary insurance for a couple of days because I was due to go on holiday for 3 weeks just after the purchase. For my first time visiting BVG Automotive I was very impressed with sales team because not once did I feel like they were lying to us or telling us any old rubbish about the car. I drove away with 100% confidence. I'll test the car more when I get back, but I'm sure everything will be in order.
