Terrible service start to finish. Paid 7k for a car that had a full MOT put on the day I purchased it. Less than 2 months later I noticed a noise when I took it to a local garage to inspect, they informed me 3 of the tyres were boarder line illegal, the breaks were metal on metal, very heavily coroded. C and E motors were not interested said it was my doing. (I’m a 40 year old woman I don’t drive like a boy racer) This would have definitely shown up in an mot even if it had only been advisories. When I took this through the bank to try and arrange a charge back C and E motors claimed they had asked me to bring the car in so they could look at it with a view to repair. Absolute lie, I had called several times trying to have this resolved but with no look. They said I’d visually inspected the car and test drove it, yes I drove it fine, my inspection was to check for scratch’s dents etc, I felt confident a full clear MOT would have covered the rest, didn’t think for a minute I’d need to check the tyres etc. I’m only sad I have to give them 1 star I’d sooner give them none.

Do not buy anything from C & E Motors ! I bought a car it had numerous faults when I had a health check done for a warranty I purchased elsewhere & they were totally unhelpful saying that the health check report was wrong, I won’t recommend these to anyone at all once they’ve got your money that’s it

The car I was sold by C & E Motors was unsafe. I had it serviced two days after buying it and it needed £800 of repairs doing. The staff have insulted me, and were aggressive and rude when I tried to resolve the issue with them. I'm now pursuing legal action.

Very bad experience. C & E Motors sold a Mercedes with faulty aircon. Initially told it was covered on the extended warranty I purchases but when it was found to not to be covered refused to pay for it when I had to get it repaired locally. Promised to contribute but never sent the payment after numerous phone calls. Very bad experience, stay clear!

Helpful and friendly dealer. I bought a Mercedes from here in january and up to now I have had some issues which i have had to pay out for which isnt great but I am happy with the car overall. It would have been a good price if it wasnt for the issues and the overall customer service has been good. I would recommend this dealership.

I bought a Honda Civic from this dealership in May and the service was brilliant, the team were super friendly and helpful. The brakes were making a funny noise not long after I bough the car but I got in touch and they got the car back in straight away and replaces them! couldn't have been better. I would defo recommend.
