I bought an Audi A3, a few months back from C & R Sales, and the whole experience was pleasantly surprising. Very organised, knowledgeable, genuine good advice and most importantly honest and truthful. For example, I did not notice a small dent in the drivers side door, but he actually pointed it out to me! I would strongly recommend C&R to anybody and in fact already have done to my friends and family.

Turned up to C&R Car Sales to view a car advertised through autotrader. Told I should have made an appointment. Glad I did turn up unannounced as saw the state of the BMW I was interested in. Covered in bird mess no doubt damaging the paintwork and nothing like the advert. Said he would sort it (lime damage would have needed a panel respray but he tried to hoodwink me that it would polish out) engine warning lights and bits had been taken off this car as a doner to fix another. Guy got angry when I said I wasn’t interested in buying!

Example of a dishonest dodgy back st car dealer. C & R Car Sales sold us a car but never produced a v5. Car is still registered to another owner and DVLA don’t recognise ownership. Made promises he had no intention of keeping in respect to warranty and serious faults. First tried to fix then tried to ignore us completely, not returning calls, emails or letters. Even blamed previous owner of the car who he said owed him money. Changed tack when we issued a court claim and tried to deny the problems he had previously tried and failed to fix. Turned up at his workshop once to witness him assaulting (a full on physical fight) one of his own team who he said had cost him money damaging a customer car - he had to be dragged away. Suspect the business is in financial difficulty as it was all about his costs not his obligations or service. Be aware, business appears to have loan with Natwest and we aren't yet certain whether the bailiffs will be able to recover full losses.

This couldn't be further from the experience I had with this dealer. It sounds like its been written by someone with a vendetta, rather than a genuine sale. The service I received was exemplary form start to finish and the after sales care has been even better. The MOT was due to run out 3 months after I bought the car and I dropped the car in and this was sorted with no fuss and no charge. I would strongly recommend anybody reading this review ignores it and takes my advice, they wont be disappointed.
I bought a BMW from this dealership back in April. The service in the begining was good and the dealer was friendly and helpful but I have had so many issues with the car that the dealer has refused to repair the car due to the expenses and agreed to instead buy the car back.

I bought a Nissan from C&R a bit over a month ago. I have had no problems at all and the Car was exceptionally good value for money. The salesmen were pretty helpful and made the buying process easy. I will recommend this dealer to friends and family

The whole process with the dealer was great. I dealt with the same guy through out who answered all my questions and was very helpful. The Car was in immaculate condition and for that i would recommend them to friends and family as this dealer was 5 out of 5.
