Bought a Dodge Journey Automatic KT08 GKA From Canfield (Listons Ltd). Went to pickup car and not all work promised was done and they lost the handbook since I paid deposit and only one key. Promised to sort it out so took car. A transmission fault became apparent on trip home. Canfield failed to keep appointments to repair, the alloy wheel refurbishment was a paint blow over not the stated powder coat, they had not registered the warranty, the key was faulty and drivers electric window won't go up on a cold day. Transmission issue is a known fault costing about £2000 to repair. Garry refused to refund my money. Thad to take court action which was successful despite Canfield delaying in every way possible. Got our money back plus costs and expenses. Avoid Canfield, They promise the world but once they have your money they don't want to know.

The fact that the reviewer's statement was 'verified' is the truer indicator of who should be embarrassed here. The verification process rigorously evaluates factual material. I'm more likely to trust the reviewer.

i went down to see a BMW 3 SERIES 320 D ES 5 DOOR IN RED. all the way from ipswich,the ad was misleading it said the car had 135,00 miles it had 146,000 and the last time it was serviced was 2010,which the ad said full service history . very misleading and a complete waste of my time going to have a look. would suggest that before going down to see any car you make sure that it is all they say it is and get them to send by email deatails first signed saying that it is true first.very dissapointing,shame on you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a Nissan Kubistar for my building company and have been very impressed with the service, when i initially viewed the van it needed some reconditioning work which Garry assured me would look immaculate when i collected and even have it sign written with my company branding, he certainly didn't disappoint the van was better than i expected, well impressed cheers mate will definitely return for more vans if we can find them in silver!

Have absolute no interest in after care when problems arise imediately on recieving the car and avoids contact via telephone or in person. Would avoid dealing with them at all costs! Just wish i had read the reviews online before I wasted my time and money.
