Fantastic customer service, really smooth and easy transaction and I'm very happy with the car. I had to go back a couple of times with minor bits, but they sorted it out for me with no issues atall. I wouldn't hesitate buying here again.

I'm so impressed with this dealership, they really did go above and beyond and I will 100% use them again. I had been looking for a few months and then found a Nissan Juke, it was the right car at the right price, I wanted the wheels upgrading and all I had to do was ask. A couple of days after collecting the speakers in the car was having issues, I contacted the dealer and they were efficient and helpful they booked me in, got it all repaired and got the car back to me. My brother was buying a car from Canvey Carriage Company he was raving about the car and the customer service he received, he was made up with it. I wasn't looking for a car but when I had a nosey at their stock, I found a Ford Fiesta and I couldn't not buy it, it was perfect. The brake pads needed doing on the car but the dealer got this sorted straight away for me. During the sale the dealer was really helpful, answered all questions, always come back to me, great communication. Since buying the car I've loved getting out and about it, its brilliant. Buying a new car was a massive decision for us, it had to be the right car, at the right price and suit all our family needs. I found a lovely Audi A3 with Canvey Carriage Company, who are local to us. I spoke to Greg and he was really helpful, he understood it was a huge decision and we needed it to be right.
