In all the years I've bought cars Ive never known a dealer like Canvey Carriage or customer service like it. I bought a Vauxhall Insignia, and the car developed quite a few issues. The lads at the dealership was great, they offered to repair the car or to return the car and swap it for something else. I pondered on it and then took them up on the offer to swap, they have been really really good. I've mainly dealt with Paul and he has been brilliant. I know I may be in a different situation right now had I bought elsewhere, so thank you.

I have bought from this dealership before and dealt with Greg, I bought an Audi and when I wanted to change cars I rang them again. I was chuffed to hear Greg was still there, we had a chat and organised a date to see/collect. The customer service was perfect, Greg is very helpful and knowledgeable and he never put any pressure on me. It's likely I will always use Canvey Carriage Company to buy cars, they are different to other dealers and put the customer first, its a really nice experience.

I bought a brilliant Kia Sportage from here, I love the car it was very clean and sanitised for me upon collection. The site was covid-safe with all measures in place, it was a good set up. I would be happy to buy again and I would recommend to others.

I didn't have any hope that I was finally going to buy the car I wanted but the dealer did everything they could to get me in it, I still didnt quite believe it until it arrived at my house. Its absolutely perfect I'm really really happy. The dealer was so helpful and friendly and the guy who delivered the car was lovely. he talked me through everything and I was so excited. I can't thank Steve and the team at Canvey Carriage enough, they went above their job roles to accommodate and help me on numerous occasions. I bought a stunning A4 which I'm enjoying thoroughly. Steve was amazing the whole way through, a really lovely guy. He kept in touch after to check I was happy and wishing me well, it was a great experience. I'm over an hour away from the dealership but I will 100% buy here when I'm ready to upgrade.

Really good dealership, really straight forward, they were accommodating, they held the car for me, just really nice people to deal with. I bought a 1 Series and its lovely, I'm so pleased with it. I had an issue with the car and took it back and they said they were really sorry, we would get it sorted and they didnt make me feel awkward or make it difficult, they dealt with it really well, quickly and professionally.

I bought a Fiat 500X from Canvey Carriage and its perfect, it drives like new, its in such good condition, I'm made up with it. The dealership was brilliant, really lovely staff and they worked quickly to get everything sorted.

This is the 3rd Mazda 6 I've had and the only reason for upgrading was so I could change from the saloon to an estate to accommodate our new dog. The estate has been so handy recently as we've just moved house, its much more spacious! The dog loves the space in the boot, its really serving its purpose, its a lovely car, driving very well. I was well impressed with the dealership, they were really helpful when buying and they did a spray job on the car as i requested. I wasn't 100% happy with it and they acknowledged that, gave me a courtesy car and they changed the garage they used, had the job re-done and it looked perfect, really high quality they were great with this whole situation and handled it professionally, I can't not give 5/5!
