I recently found Canvey Carriage Company when I was searching for a new car, I was after a Polo, something easy on the eye, cheap to run but a nice car. I found a couple with Canvey Carriage Company and as soon as I phoned they were really great, dead helpful and not salesy/pushy. I organised to go and see it, I couldn't not buy it, it was perfect. Steve has been a massive help, this has to be the best dealership I've dealt with they were very very good. I'm made up with the car is wicked, a really nice motor. I will definitely return to Canvey Carriage when I want something new.

I travelled quite a distance to collect the Ford Fiesta from Canvey but it was definitely the best available in regards to price, mileage, condition and age. The car is for my son, its his 18th next month so we bought it him for a present. Its a lovely car, and we are pleased with it, I know my Son is going to be made up with it when he finally gets it. The dealer was brilliant over the phone, he explained the car and condition and it was exactly what he said, the whole dealing with the company was brilliant, I will defo deal with them again.

I blind bought a car from Canvey Carriage, due to the distance (5 hours away) we had the car delivered... I was a little apprehensive with buying online without seeing first, however when the car arrived it was exactly as described, in great condition, and very clean. Vorty who helped me through the sale was excellent, very helpful what a brilliant salesman,

I bought a Kia Sportage and the car is absolutely lovely, I mean I've only driven it once as the partner is using it mainly, but we are both very happy with it. There was a bit of an issue at the beginning, I wasn't happy with the standard of the brakes. It was sorted within 1 phone call. Canvey Carriage Company picked the car up, delivered me a courtesy car, replaced the brake disc and pads and dropped it back off, within days. I was really really impressed and I would certainly use them again to buy a car. I dealt with Steve mainly and he was brilliant, I couldn't have asked for much more from him, very straight talking and upfront. He was on top of everything, organised, no pressure, kept me informed the whole time, just really good customer service. I highly recommend.

As a nurse working shift hours it was difficult finding the time to find a new car, I had a few online searches and read some dealerships reviews. I found a few cars I liked with Canvey Carriage and I read reviews which seemed gleaming so I felt confident. I wasn't sure which car I wanted, I spoke to Steve who took all of my needs and criteria down, he came back with a Kia Sportage that he thought suited me best. He was right, the car is absolutely perfect. Steve went above and beyond, to not only help me buy the car, but he helped me decide, he found out which car suited me best, he was absolutely incredible, so helpful and kind. I will definitely use Canvey Carriage Company again, and hopefully Steve to upgrade when I'm ready.

I couldn't fault the dealership at all, the service provided was excellent, I will recommend to anybody looking for a new motor, it was perfect. Brilliant customer service from the start, the team were all over it, spot on. I dealt with a gent I think Vorty. He was fantastic, so helpful and informative, really really good. The Insignia I bought has been nothing but perfect, I'm using it daily and I'm certainly getting the mileage on it, its been reliable and trustworthy, very happy with it.
