Where do I even start with this place! I brought a Audi Q7, on the drive back the exhaust fell off! highly dangerous on the motorway, within the first week of having this car, there was numerous issues: the car went into lymph mode, fuel pressure, engine light came up, indicators stopped working. It was outragerous, we were calling everyday to try and talk to a manager and the sales guy just kept saying " take out a warranty. "My argument is why should I be taking out a warranty to pre-existing faults! how did this car even pass MOT within the last few weeks is highly questionable too! Finally I spoke to what I thought at the time was a reasonable chap Royce, he said bring the car back and we will refund you, we are well within our right to return an item which was within 14days, not even 30days! OMGGGGG!!! what happened next was shocking! I have never experienced anything like it! The car broke down 30yds from the garage, fumes coming out the exhaust and engine. The sales manager Aiden, what a joke he is! he was shouting at the top of his voice, abusive, aggressive, rude. I have NEVER in my life experienced this level of DISGUSTING unprofessionalism. I had not provoked him or raised my voice at any point to deserve this degree of vilness, he even said to me " Am I making you feel uncomfortable" to which I responded, men like you do not intimidate me!! This carried on for many hours, he refused to refund me my 10k, I called Royce the other sales manager and he advised that he is back in the office Monday and will ensure that my 10k is refunded. This was a total lie! Royce too was condescending and rude when I spoke with him on Monday. It took me 2 weeks after that to get back my 10k after threatening legal action which I would 100% do if they hadn't refunded me, even then they couldn't get through common sense! that they have to refund me! I'm within my legal rights!! Yet they work in the consumer industry they should know this! Unfortunately they are too busy scamming people and selling dodgy cars! with dodgy MOT's. PLEASE AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!! I wish I had read these reviews before buying and no one expects these level of problems with a 10k car along with the foul mouthed abusive Aiden, supposedly the sales manager.

What a nightmare! The salesman (Adam) extolled the family friendly virtues of this company. Collected a three year old van on the Saturday - it completely broke down on the following Friday and the warranty is worth nothing when you are expected to take the vehicle back to Brigg (we had a £500+ quote for recovery). Lesson learned - go to a reputable dealership and steer clear of this one!

Came with a friend who purchased a Nissan Navarre. Adam was brilliant. Explained everything and nothing was to much hassle. Friend very happy with with service and vehicle

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE would give zero stars if I could... first van I bought and collected had recently been MOT'd and the N/S/F wheel bearing had gone, it was so bad you couldn't hear the radio at 30mph it also had an engine management light on, I drove it back to them and Simon told me to leave it with them and it would be fixed, 4 days later they persuaded me to buy a more expensive van which was advertised as one owner, I asked 3 times the number of owners as I had my suspicions and Aiden told me it had 1 previous keeper from new (have recorded him saying so), the V5C came and I was the 3rd which is currently on their website still as one owner. As the van wasn't as described I wanted to return the vehicle under the consumer rights act 30 day right to return I was told I wasn't entitled to, after I sought legal advice they agreed to accept the van and refund the payment. They try to intimidate people at one point the sales manager said I was a 'strange man because I was obsessing about the number of owners'(also recorded) and it's not financially or morally wrong to describe it incorrectly. They continually referred to the first van saying they're not blaming me for adding another owner, I went to collect the original van before changing to the second and was told it was harder to repair than they thought and was still in the workshop, unknown to them I waited in the car park and once they thought I had left it was driven out of the valet bay and parked in the car park. They Constantly ignore emails, messages and screen calls and bury their head in the sand that's if they aren't making things up telling lie after lie. Absolutely shocking customer service, I can prove all the points in this review.

Looking for a van but after reading the reviews I'll give this place a miss.

Sold me a car that broke down after 2 months. They say they will help you with their garages if you need it but it’s all lies. When they actually had to do something they were not interested. Avoid at all cost!
