I was very pleased with Harry, who really went the extra mile for me. Even after the deal was done and the money was paid, I went back to him about a couple of bits and he was still just as helpful. I’ve been recommending Car Central Birmingham to people looking for a car because, if they’ve got the car they want there, I can vouch for the people selling it. The car has been spot on. For the first couple of weeks I was waiting for something to go wrong because I’ve been burned on motors before, but there’s been no reason to worry.

Everything has been absolutely fine. A fault did pop up initially, as I don’t think the car had been run for a bit, its gone off now. I saw the car advertised on AutoTrader, it was at the right price, and it was the car I was looking for specifically. Throughout the process, Car Central have been quite responsive and gave me all the information I requested. The car was delivered to my house, and it came with all the correct stuff. I will definitely be coming back in the future to see what they are selling.

Really good experience overall. The car was exactly as described and has been great since purchasing it. There was a slight issue with the delivery, but this was eventually sorted out and everything was fine in the end. I would definitely recommend the dealership.

The Mercedes E-class is brilliant, it’s a really nice drive. I went to Car Central Birmingham because they had the car with everything I needed. The chap who served me, I can’t remember his name, was really brilliant! They know how to sell a car, talked through all the specs and showed me around. I’d 100% recommend them!

Everything at Car Central was really fine. They were lovely, they even waited for me after closing and stayed longer to help me out. The only thing I'm still waiting for is the V5C, but that is due to the DVLA, so it's not their fault. Overall, Harry and the staff were great with me. I dealt with Harry over WhatsApp and he arranged everything. In person, I dealt with a young gentleman and lady while viewing the car and doing all the paperwork. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to other people.
