The Mercedes E-class is brilliant, it’s a really nice drive. I went to Car Central Birmingham because they had the car with everything I needed. The chap who served me, I can’t remember his name, was really brilliant! They know how to sell a car, talked through all the specs and showed me around. I’d 100% recommend them!

Everything at Car Central was really fine. They were lovely, they even waited for me after closing and stayed longer to help me out. The only thing I'm still waiting for is the V5C, but that is due to the DVLA, so it's not their fault. Overall, Harry and the staff were great with me. I dealt with Harry over WhatsApp and he arranged everything. In person, I dealt with a young gentleman and lady while viewing the car and doing all the paperwork. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to other people.

Everything seems ok with the VW Tiguan, however, there is a bit of noise when you put the rear window down. The whole process at the dealership was really smooth. This is not the first car we bought from them, we bought one last year that we have now part-exchanged for a really good deal.

Its going very good with the BMW. The price was reasonable, it had a good warranty and they were doing the MOT and service. Staff were lovely very nice, very kind. I would definitely use again in the future.

The guy we dealt with was brilliant. Really understood our need for a family car as we're expecting a baby. The only reason it's not a 5 is that we are still awaiting the log book almost a month after purchasing the vehicle.

Everything’s fine with the car. This was my first time using Car Central and the experience was great. Whole process was less than a week. I’d read their reviews which were mixed but the salesperson helped secured the deal. I dealt with Harry. He was very friendly, responsive and answered my questions. This was my first time using Car Central Birmingham and they looked like a proper garage. Four stars as cars could be cleaner on the bodywork but the car I chose was cheaper and older. I cent remember the salesperson name but the atmosphere was friendly. I found the staff punctual, polite, happy to help.

Very happy with the car. I was looking online as I needed a car straight away. I saw the Kia and had it delivered. They were helpful with answering questions and the car was delivered on the day I wanted it. Their communication, everything was good from start to finish. I will recommend.
