I haven't driven the car yet so I'm hoping everything is okay but I was happy with the service from the team at Car Central Birmingham.

Getting on all good with the Audi so far. I did have to replace a tyre as it was cracked, but aside from that, everything’s been good with it. The whole process was nice and easy, with no pressure from the team at the dealership.

Really happy with the Jeep, it’s been brilliant so far, with no major issues. Just the odd small thing here and there, but nothing serious. Customer service was great throughout, though I mostly only dealt with Harry during the whole process.

I’m getting on well with the Skoda so far, and the overall process was easy and straightforward. However, when the car arrived, one of the tyres had a large chunk missing. I contacted them about it right away, but haven’t heard back since. I was told that the MOT and advisories would be taken care of and paid for, but I ended up having to replace the damaged tyre myself. Up until that point, I was fairly satisfied with the experience.

The team at Car Central Birmingham were very friendly and professional. There were a few things that I contacted them about, and they got me booked in rather quickly for them to be resolved. Other than that, the car drives perfectly. That is the only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars.

I have been enjoying the Hyundai Tucson and have done some long trips in the car. I originally saw the car on Auto Trader for £7,500, but when I went to look at it, the price was £9,500. After discussing it with them, they admitted it was their mistake and sold it to me for £7,500. The car is brilliant, and they were transparent about the mechanical condition, so I would still give it four stars.

I have had no issues with the car and it has been good. I completed the entire purchasing process over the phone. They gave me all the details I needed and were very quick.

The VW Caddy has been good for the most part. There is a small issue that I am going to contact the dealership about. The customer service was good, and the staff were helpful.
