I dealt with Car Central Birmingham on behalf of my Dad and they have been excellent. We were looking for a new car for him on Autotrader and spotted a Ford C-Max that wasn't too far away from us. We made an enquiry through the site and within minutes we had a response, the communication was super quick. They gave us all the details and history of the car over the phone and provided us with all the necessary information to make our decision. When we had decided that that was the car, they organised for the car to be delivered to my Dad's house directly. This was super easy, it literally turned up right outside his front door and the delivery driver did a detailed handover, he showed everything! My Dad was made up with the serivce, the car been delivered, him been shown around, he loved it. The bloke we dealt with was utterly fantastic, really kind and helpful with everything and nothign was too much trouble for him. We are both made up with the car and think that it is fantastic!

This has got to be the most straightforward way of buying a car! The cars been incredible, no problems at all and the customer service was absolutely spot on. I had the Dacia delivered, it was on time and everything as planned and agreed, and in immaculate condition. They guy showed me round the car and made sure that I was happy with everything before leaving. I cant fault a thing about my experience, it was great from the start all the way through to the end! I'd definitely recommend anyone to go to Car Central Birmingham and would definitely be going back myself too.

My new Suzuki Grand Vitara is just fantastic! I love the car, I am waiting on a replacement wipers which the dealer has sorted for me and then it will bob on. I cant praise Harry highly enough, a true gentleman and very good at what he does. I have bought a Corsa and its a brilliant car, really pleased. I have been in touch with Harry since buying with a flat tyre issue, he has been a gem in resolving it, very helpful and polite, I wouldn't think twice about using this garage again.
