Our Salesman at Newbridge was Paul Morgan who offered an extremely comfortable car buying experience. There was no pressure from him and he was extremely knowledgeable about the cars on his forecourt. He guided us through the process which seemed effortless due to his professionalism. On the day we collected our new purchase we noticed on the journey home there was a warning light staying on. Once home we contacted Paul who arranged for our car to be returned the next day to be sorted and organised a courtesy car for us, we received our car back 2 days later. This is our second purchase from CDW and we are extremely happy.

Visited last weekend following several depressing and disappointing visits to other car supermarkets in the Edinburgh area ..These people were offering us cars which bore little resemblance to the pictures on their websites. Then we arrived at CAR DEAL WAREHOUSE and WHAT a DIFFERENCE. We met Dave Robertson who went to a lot of trouble to try and find us a car to the make and spec. we wanted.
On this occasion we didn't find that special car but we felt it important given the service Dave gave us to leave this review. Daves' friendly, knowledgeable approach was really impressive.
Try this company - it's different class

I was looking for a small used car, having looked at few other places I found the car I was looking for. Arthur the sales person was most helpful, knowledgeable and helped us to see various cars within our budget. He appeared to be on our side and there was no pressure to buy, his main concern was that we are happy with our purchase.
I highly recommend this place.

The only previous experiences I have had buying vehicles have been with with franchised dealerships and this fell below the service I had received in the past, one item on the car I pointed out never got fixed, slow puncture on o/s/f tyre(safety related) another item couldn't get fixed as the part wasn't avaliable, (parking sensor) I checked this an Audi had the part on the shelf, yet I was told not avaliable, this did get fixed, my request to add a private plate wasn't taken up, (they are looking for quick sale) and another minor thing, you can't pay debit card, I was reminded numerously that they have 47 garages, but they don't take debit card? All minor things but they all added up to my negative score.

As soon as we starting looking outside for a car a salesman came out to help us. Jack took us inside to go through the process of buying the car. He was extremely helpful and informative and made us feel comfortable with the whole buying process which was so easy. Would highly recommend Car Deal Warehouse.

Bought a nice little Clio from CDW last week. Staff (especially Leasa) were very helpful and friendly without being pushy. Got a good deal and am very happy with all round service. Would definitely use again in future
