Well were do i start??? Last year the salesman at the Car Deal Warehouse who is called kevin sold me a kia pro-ceed 2 door i was more than happy,a year on i get a phone call from non other than martin who offered me the white kia ceed 35k 5 door 13 plate,They have on there site.i thought great time for a change why not the specs out way anything i have a on my kia pro-ceed also 4 year younger with sat-nav, revs sensors, etc etc i was offered this on the Friday, so being excited i got ready to go on the Saturday to have a test drive when i missed a call from martin but then texted saying the car had been sold.???.SOLD..i soon got on the phone in disbelief i have not even had a test drive you offered it to me first then sold it from under my feet,?.can i ask you were are your LOYALTIES.?.you are there to sell cars yes.but dont forget its people who buy your cars that keep you in employment, not to forget customers like me who need a Trusted base in which to work from,This comes from trust and loyalty from your salesman. commission based or not if you continue to treat your customers like you what you did to me,business will be very slow and your not the only garage who do deals.?.its ironic i was reading a review on this site from KEN who also had a car swept from under his feet in a surprise.?.i agree with you.my warning to people visiting CDW they will treat you with the up-most respect, remember they have cars to sell and and you are the buyer if there going to come across as your best friend, and look after you, leave a little thought as to how loyal they really are. Please accept my apology to the other salesman if you consider fair and honest i am sure not everyone is the same nor have you done any wrong to me.

These people could have sold me a car in less than 5 minutes. If they'd tried. My advice? Don't bother turning up if you're not intending to buy a new car. We sat waiting for the 'salesman' for a while - which is fine, it happens - but when he appeared he didn't greet us or introduce himself, just said 'you here for the alpha?' And disappeared again. When he came out he led us to the back of the lot on a rainy miserable night and explained that he needed to get the number and then get the keys from the office. So we were left alone, in the rain when he could have got the number and keys and THEN taken us out. Or even do what other dealers have done and driven it round. The car looked as described and I loved it, proceeded to sit in it and have a look around while he just stood there. Didn't tell us anything about the car, only told us how easy it would be to sell it to someone else. So we left, went down the road and bought another csr that was £3k more. He could have sold me that car, he could have sold me a more expensive car. With a bit of effort he could have sold me a brand new car. But he wasn't bothered and he didn't even try and sell me the car I was there to buy. No wonder their cars are so cheap, it's about the only selling point they have.
Tried to buy a car from Car Deal Warehouse in Newbridge ... during negotiations they did not phone back or give answers ... then sold the car from under my feet after do not use they give peanuts for your trade in and dont care about customer care only about selling cars to first person at high price.
I will try and give an honest review but I would highly recommend you don't buy a car from this dealer. The cars are reasonably priced but their was lots of problems with my car and it had missed a service making my 7 year warranty with the manufacturer void. After weeks of arguing with them and ignoring me they agreed to get my car serviced. They use VW garage for work carried out who are equally poor. My car received a v basic service. I then took my car to Kia to get the issues they couldn't fix to find out there were serious faults that where actually dangerous. So I now have to pay out for new brake pads, discs and tyres, not really what you want to do after buying a car. The pipe going to my coolant system was also faulty and I was told this was a very serious fault. I also spoke with the director of car deal warehouse "Dougie " who was more interested in talking about himself then amending my issues. Said he would sort out my cars problems and 3 weeks later nothing! I will never have anything to do with either of these garages again as once they have you money they simply don't care.
