4th car and would recommend

This is my third car from car motion,again very pleased with it ,would recommend car motion ,to any one looking for a Car .No hassle .

After writing a review about car motion there quick response and a nice phone call from Lorraine about my car they apologised for the mishap in which they will send me a cheque for my M. O. T and service done which is very nice thank you M. D and Lorraine for your quick response.

Having made the decision to replace my car it felt quite daunting going to showrooms and choosing a car without feeling any kind of sales pressure. After a few visits to various different places we went to Carmotion in Mexbro and from the very offset it felt the right place to buy. There were lots of cars to choose from, in fact for me there were too many and I was spoilt for choice, it was a friendly and professional atmosphere and above all no one pounced on us with smooth talking sales pitches. After taking a liking to some of the cars we agreed to return for test drives. The salesman was incredibly patient with me and even accommodated driving the cars himself to a more relaxed area where I felt comfortable taking the wheel. I agreed on the one I wanted and collected it just a few days later. From start to finish the process was smooth, efficient, uncomplicated (for me anyway) and a pleasure to purchase from. Thank you Carmotion and special thanks to Gary who looked after me from start to finish.

I wrote a complaint below with a poor rating and I would like to take it back as the person I spoke to was not the right guy I needed to talk to. after I posted my complaint I spoke to the salesman I bought my car from about my issues and he is sorting everything for me he is bending over backwards to ensure I am satisfied with car motion and I am really satisfied that he will ensure that my car will be sorted or replaced I now have 100% confidence that I will be happy with the outcome and I would like to apologise to car motion for the bad review

Just bought my 3rd car in a row from the best dealership around. From start to finish in no time at all and nothing seems too much trouble. All the salesmen are great and will point you in the right direction without the usual sales tactics. Steve King had all my docs ready to go on collection. In and out in under 30 minutes. So if its a quality used car then I say give Car Motion a try. And don't forget to say "Hi" to dave the cat, she can usually be found curled up on a chair somewhere!!!!

Do not waste your time with this company, had my car less than 3 months and has already cost me £960 to repair as it broke only 2 days after the one months warranty ran out, and has now broken down again and going back to my mechanic so probably looking at a lot more money to repair again! Only done 2000 miles since I picked it up! Absolutely ridiculous and nobody at the company cares.
