Buying a car from CarWorld is like setting yourself on fire on a very cold day. You initially feel relieved from the warmth but then you realise, you are actually on fire. I purchased a car from CarWorld and in less than 30 days of buying the car it broke. The engine warning light came on and the car stop functioning correctly. I contacted the warranty company as I paid for the RAC Premium Plus warranty that CarWorld will try to push onto you. My advice when it comes to the warranty with CarWorld, DON'T. Get your own warranty separately or get the RAC warrant yourself, why? Well CarWorld failed to register my warranty even though I paid for it! Anyway I digress. The car broke within the first 30 days of owning the vehicle so that covers me by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I informed CarWorld of the fault and I have heard nothing back from them. Numerous emails, phone calls, messenger pigeons and nothing. Also do not get me started on the false advertising, they were marketing a car with parking sensors and it didn't have any. Once this was pointed out to them, there was no movement on the price even though the car was not as advertised. So in short. Do not buy a car from this company, they will sell you a car but if it breaks or has any fault, they will ignore you. Well they'd probably be helpful if you offered to pay for the car to be fixed, the money hungry bas.....

Prior to being provided a refund for my vehicle and since posting this review I have been asked the dealer to remove the review. Upon doing lots of checking and searching I found that there is no way to remove a review on Car Dealer Reviews with the website stating "We typically do not remove reviews, instead, we allow customers to update their review using the “reply to review” feature." So this is what I have done as per the dealers request.
Feel like I basically got conned out of a lot of money! Bought a car in June 2019, was nearly new had all the service done etc. In October it started going into limp mode so had it looked at, the service never got done, so paid for that, when they fixed an initial problem (hole in the radiator) they broke the latch for the bonnet so had to pay for that, then to discover the DPF filter was completely clogged from the previous owner and needed a new one which was expensive after all that it still doesn’t work properly. I wish I never went to them, stay away if you can.
Went to a few local car places and bought from Carworld as everthing seemed easy for them to do and had plenty of choice.
Excellent service from both Anthony and Maggie I got the car of my dreams They were so nice and o would recommend anyone looking for a nice car go to Westwood one there just fantastic
I bought a 2O19 Nissan Juke Tekna from Car World Peterborough for my wife. The vehicle sale was handled by Luke McMillin and the overall sale by Nick Marston, the dealership manager. I'd bought cars off nick previously so knew what to expect. Luke was straightforward and likeable, polite and not condescending in any way. This is something I like, as I'll walk right out the door when the sales staff talk to me like I'm their best mate, I'm not, I'm there to get the best price and be away. This was a really good experience and the guys did their level best to keep the job moving. I will have no hesitation in dealing with these guys again, for sure. Really good job. When came back from holiday have noticed that the clutch pedal was down to the bottom. Took the car to CarWorld Supermarket...where I bought it from almost 3 years ago. The car still has a warranty for 3 years for everything electrical and mechanical. Am very pleased and thankful for the attitude of Ash and Ibby..the service guys. They fixed my car straight away with a very professional and friendly approach. Thank you guys!! Keep up the good work you are doing. One reason to come back to you. All the best!
