Bought Audi A6 on 25/06/20 travelled from Warwick to Peterborough because seen car was on auto trader from car world I find out service due which normally don’t expect when buying car agreed to pay extra £300 for service but they haven’t done any service just top up engines oil computer still showing too much please reduce oil then check cabin to make sure service it look old have call after sales team and email twice still not answer
Please be careful when you buying car from these poeple

Bought a car, been waiting for a repair as sold with a fault present! Been over 2 months. Been ignored for weeks and then lied to, waste of time. Would not recommend, they’re rude and unprofessional to the point I almost didn’t go ahead with the sale! But I figured I’d be cutting my nose of to spite my face as we wanted the car, if only I’d have known the hassle I’d have with it and them at the time.....there’s plenty of car dealerships around, don’t use these!

Guys I don’t recommend this dealer, I bought a car , after a month was faulty and not good for the amount I spent on it and then they didn’t cover damage cost I spent with a garage. Pay attention to the rac warranty

My husband Matthew and I found that Car world were fantastic, they found us the perfect car for a very reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful and everything just ran very smoothly. I would definitely recommend using them.
