Having found the Insignia I wanted on their site I decided to visit and see the car, only to find out it was in Weston. Thankfully Louis showed me alternative Insignias they had and I found one a little newer with less mileage for a little more which wasn’t a huge issue.
The finance was straight forward to set up and the only thing I wasn’t 100% happy with was the trade in value on my car, but I decided the whole deal was worth taking the hit on and I am very happy with my new car.

From start to finish this was the most enjoyable and easy car purchase ive experienced, thankyou to Taylor , Tom & Gareth who all made the buying process really great . Everything was explained in great detail but i never felt pressurised into buying anything i didn't want. Thanks guys your a great team & a credit to your company. I will be back next time im in the market for another car

Start to finnish was very efficient and Nasim kidly fastracked the handover as our three kids were getting irratable , but the whole thing was super fast and efficient for a busy site and all the staff seem focused and proffesional, certainly recommend Carbase Bristol to others

Went there with the intentions of buying a certain vehicle, left with something different and much happier with...! Tristain Rodrigues is the man to sell you a car there, really nice guy and very helpful...
Downside To be honest it was a long process but got what I wanted in the end.. To whoever runs the place just a note, you need to fix your coffee machine I was there nearly 5hrs and not once was offered a brew...! Just the small things make the experience a touch better... Thanks again Tristain....
