I have just purchased a car from WsM Carbase. I was originally dealing with Neil who was professional and interested in the requirements I had around my new vehicle. I was introduced to Rich Dibble who saw me through the purchasing process, Rich made this experience very positive and relaxed. Rich was clear about products that were available to me but at no point did he make me feel under pressure to purchase any products that I didn't want. This was a concern I had from a visit to this branch many years before, where because of the pressure I walked away without a car. Rich and Neil quickly changed my opinion of carbase to one that would recommend friends and family to purchase from there. They were both a credit to carbase and a pleasure to meet.

Found a car online, went to see it, what a disappointment, but Mark at the Weston branch found me the perfect car, was not pushy, let me walk away, but I walked straight back, he made sure all my requirements were covered, and on the Vauxhall Corsa which I wanted. Will buy from Mark again.
