I had a wonderful experience at Carbase Weston I arrived to view a BMW X3 the salesman I met named Mark Pedley was most helpful and fetched the car for us as it was new in we looked at it and happened to mention we had earlier visited another of their sites to view another X3 but were told it was unavailable because it was also new in and still at their other workshop. Mark asked us the details and he checked the computer for us and that’s here would you like to see it which we obviously did as we had travelled 50 miles to other Carbase he fetched it for and after a short test drive we bought it. We had to wait for the Insurance to pay out on my previous car which had been written and even though it was over two weeks he was always understanding and really helpful the Money eventually came through and I picked it up today cleaned and valeted etc it was a most enjoyable experience and I would thoroughly recommend them to anybody.

I bought a car off Mark last week and I couldn’t be happier with it! It’s the best car I’ve had so far and Mark was so helpful. I was in and out of there quite a few times as I was undecided and he never got fed up of helping me. He was incredibly helpful with letting me know all of my options and wasn’t hesitant to give his own opinion which was really helpful. I would 100% recommend checking out carbase for your next car as they have so many varieties of car and are always happy to help you with as much as possible (Mark helped me tax my car before I left and I don’t know any other car salesman who has done that) so thank you to Carbase and to Mark.
