We were greeted by Neil who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I test drove a Nissan Duke, which wasn't my car of choice, then chose an Audi A4, which was a great drive. He was honest about the cars and had full info of the owner and service history. Having explained there was a no-bartering policy, I took on the 3 years extra warranty, which Neil was very helpful with. Nothing was too much trouble. Great service Neil. Thank you. It's a shame Neil's service was let down by four issues with the car, after three visits, which are still outstanding and hopefully will be resolved in the near future.
