I ordered a brand new car Audi A3 by giving a deposit of £500 but just phoned Carlisle Audi about cancelling the order after 2 days. They refused to give back the money making a story that car has been transported from crew and they have incurred the transportation cost. I told them that I can wait till they sell the car for refunding the money but they didn’t reply. I contacted Audi customer care but they have told that can’t do anything to get back the money as dealing was between myself and the Audi Carlisle dealership.

A brand new car with suspension blocks left in and Carlisle Audi refuse to do anything about it the. Ack hinge has snapped on the back door. The car is 2 weeks old.
