My dad bought me a car and I was struggling with car insurance. So after a good hour I was going to give him the keys till I got the insurance sorted the next day and keep car safe. Only for them to put me on there traders policy for TWO DAYS I was so grateful I honestly can’t thank them enough for there help. Most definitely recommend them to anyone and so helpful. I saw the car online, plenty of pictures showing the condition of the car, I called Wil and Derek were very helpful, knowledgable about the car. All communication was done by phone and email. Car was delivered to me due to isolating. Everything went smoothly and no problem at all. I would recommend them to others. was delivered to me

Was interested in a jaguar from Carrington Cars and the car had only 3 mths left also 40.000 miles more than my car my is worth Over £3000 and he wanted me to give him 400 aswell as my car.the jaguar been sitting there for well over 3 mths had a brake sensor issue then took it in and found it was a oxygen problem. Wot a joke. I think he is a con selling crap cars which should be scrap. And does not know nothing about how a professional car dealership works.keep clear.just walk on by .just a time waster and a joke. Should be shut down. And they say they sell quality used cars. Lol .
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership back in June. The car was in quite good condition and seemed to match its description. Unfortunately the car developed some issues and went back and forth to the dealership for repairs but the issues persisted. It wasn't until we took back directly to the main dealer that they replaced the faulty part as it turns out the car had been recalled for the fault. since the part has been replaced its been okay but Carrington cars were not that helpful at all. I wouldn't recommend them.

i recall that we did everything to resolve the matter,and as it turned out it was resolved,i cannot understand your issue with ourselves as the problem was retified

when we supplied the bmw to the customer it did develop a misfire but inbetween us resolving it the customer went to bmw and the fault was a recall,which bmw completed and the car is fine,cant understand what the complaint is over as everything as been done.if it had not been a recall we would have retified the fault at our cost,
Repair bill in first twelve months nearing £1400, warranty issued by Carrington Cars in Stockport is worthless, minimal refund from dealer....not interested.
