Fantastic staff who bent over backwards with every concern I had and made me feel at ease. Cars well presented in the showroom. Had my car serviced here twice and I am very happy with my experience. Jess sent me a video to my phone about what the technician has done on my vehicle and what problems to expect in the future e.g. tires. Overall a fantastic experience and I will definitely be buying another car from Cars2 Hyundai Barnsley when I am in the market. Thanks again!

Just a glass of cold water costed me £84 @Cars2 Hyundai Barnsley, as they failed to diagnose the actual fault and wanted me to pay more for a third party investigation. My Car has been given a lots of black smoke, I range them and booked to diagnose what is the problem. I was promised by a customer service advisor that,’’ we would 100% be able to tell you what is the problem/fault’’ Unfortunately they just suspected that injectors are faulty, and asked that all four injectors needs to be sent to third party for further investigation, as we don’t have mechanism to check - which put me in a state to pay more and more, I can’t afford, I asked are you sure that there is only injectors fault, they replayed, ‘’we are just suspecting’’ Where is 100% diagnostic ? At the time of booking for diagnostic I wasn’t informed the there may be third parity charges. I decided not to proceed with them as they are not sure what is the problem - just suspected the injectors fault. My car been there for six days for nothing. paid £84 just for a glass of cold water.

I Bought a car from Cars2 Barnsley, a month ago. The salesman (Andrew) was very helpful and quick. Got the price I wanted on my old car and a good price on my new secondhand car. He sorted tax on both cars etc. The best experience I'v ever had at a car salesroom. The coffee was good as well. Thanks Andrew .

Very happy with my experience of purchasing our new car from Cars2 Hyundai Barnsley. I inquired online about a car but when I came and looked at it unfortunately it wasn't big enough for us and a little over budget. John invited me and my partner to have a look at another car which we test drove and it was perfect! We paid the deposit Sunday and picked up Wednesday with no problems what's so ever! Would 100% recommend friends and family to buy a car from this company!

After picking a used car we were told they wanted us to pick it up the next, having the day off work we did to be told after been kept waiting more than an hour they had not paid the previous finance off so couldn't take it. After finally getting the car the evening after and been given a weeks free insurance we thought all was well but we were wrong. When we saw the car in the daylight it was badly scratched and dented all down one side so organised for it to be rectified then to find when trying to sort insurance they had never set up the free week. It as been one issue after another and they have not even apologised, they got the money and now don't give a dawn. I will never buy a car from there again.

I am one of those car owners that have taken my car for its MOT/Service to a back street mechanic thinking this was the most cost effective way. WRONG have taken my ix35 into the local dealership for the very first time and am utterly amazed at the professionalism and attention to customer service I received. Well done! Absolutely brilliant service and thanks for looking after me Corinne Home. I will most definitely be returning what an excellent service!

The chap (James) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car I was looking to purchase through p.i.p, when we were very comfortable with James my wife and I put forward a offer to buy the Tucson se. I will get the car on the 13th of March. We are looking forward to getting the car, at the moment I drive the ix35. Very happy with James and Cars 2 Hyundai.

My elderly parents attempted to buy a first car for my daughter from Cars 2 Hyundai. They allowed my parents to pay for an RAC mechanic to vet the car and, when we rang immediately after the check was completed, they told us that they had sold the car to someone else! BUYER BEWARE!
