Absolutely blown away by the service I received from Rik. Having been told my old car was beyond repair and a family trip booked in was a bit rabbit in the headlights when I visited Cars Under £3,000 I didn’t really know what I wanted and wasn’t intending to buy on the day, but the honest, straight talking and complete lack of ‘salesman’ pitch gave me confidence. I picked a car I liked, we went for a test drive and whilst I faffed about checking insurance etc Rik didn’t for one moment pressure me or make me feel anything but it was my entire decision and didn’t rush me. Just two days later i picked up a freshly MOTd and valeted vehicle, and had a dream of a handover - they even opened a little early for me as I was there just before 9. Took the car on a 200 mile trip and am delighted with how she handles and am confident I made a great decision. I’ve no hesitation recommending Cars Under £3,000 and Rik in particular. I’ll be back if/when the time comes!!!
