I don't like tempting fate, but so far the car is going well, touch wood. Adam was the salesman on the day and he was really good to deal with. 5 stars.

Other than the problems I am having with the car it is quite nice even if a little hard to get going in traffic, I have spent a bit on the car since owning it to finish it off. some quite frustratingly as they were things that were mentioned to be sorted before I got the car, one being a carpet for the boot and the other being a spare key which to be honest I could have submitted the receipt for if I hadn't been silly enough to lose it. The windscreen also needed replacing soon after picking it up to so not having much luck. I do have 12 months warranty with the car but do need it for work as it is impossible to get to work on public transport so really need to avoid garage time as much as I can, but because of all the issues I'm faced with at the moment I have been reluctant to leave a review, I know it's not a brand new car and is a second hand one so need to expect it's not going to be faultless. Also Having no car history also doesn't put my mind at ease though I did discover it was from a rental company.

Buying was easy. Looked online, popped to visit. Small deposit, MOT sorted and test drive done. Staff, especially Bailey, were kind and helpful. My new car is fab and I will use this company again

4, car finance took a long time which meant we waited 5 hours at the car sales place and still had to come back the next day. Also, we're waiting for them to send us some trim for my car as it's popped out, won't go back in and our sales rep said he'd sort it. The people were very friendly !

Although I've got an issue with the car making a noise when idling, I would still rate it 5 stars because they haven't swerved swerved the issue. I called them up and spoke to the service team, who recommended seeing how I get on over the weekend but the issue was still there, so I need to get in contact and get it looked at. As for the actual sales process itself, Adam was the gentleman who looked after me, and he was as good as gold.

I brought a friend along who knows more about cars, to the dealership and the salesman was happy to let him take his time looking around there was no pressure or rushing at all. Overall, it all went pretty well. My Renault Scenic is a very good car. I do have a small issue with two warning lights, but I called them up and they got me booked in next week and they've been very responsive.

Spot on service! I've had my Mini since April now and it's been all good, I've not had any problems at all. I did have to reset the service light, but the service had already been done on the car, so it wasn't an issue. It couldn't have gone any better.

Very happy with my Kia Sou, it’s a great car and I've been very happy with it. I didn’t know about Cars Under 3000 before, but the whole experience was excellent. Adam was brilliant – no pushiness at all, took the time to explain everything clearly. Really pleased overall.
