I recently bought a car from Cars Under 3000, and overall, it was a very positive experience. Josh was great to work with—friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and was knowledgeable in his job.
The car was in great shape and matched the online description, there were a few minor scratches & dents, which I was reassured they would arrange to sort these out. Also a trim needed to be replaced which they arranged & sorted as promptly as they could.
Would definitely recommend Cars Under 3000 and especially Josh, if you’re looking for a smooth car-buying experience.

Overall I'm pleased with the service and would give it a 4. Unfortunately there was a slight issue with the car which only became apparent after a few days use, perhaps more diagnostic work could have uncovered that. On the other hand though the after sales team were very good and organised to have it fixed, all I needed to do was drop it back down to the dealership. The car is going well so far and I really like it!

Other than the problems I am having with the car it is quite nice even if a little hard to get going in traffic, I have spent a bit on the car since owning it to finish it off. some quite frustratingly as they were things that were mentioned to be sorted before I got the car, one being a carpet for the boot and the other being a spare key which to be honest I could have submitted the receipt for if I hadn't been silly enough to lose it. The windscreen also needed replacing soon after picking it up to so not having much luck. I do have 12 months warranty with the car but do need it for work as it is impossible to get to work on public transport so really need to avoid garage time as much as I can, but because of all the issues I'm faced with at the moment I have been reluctant to leave a review, I know it's not a brand new car and is a second hand one so need to expect it's not going to be faultless. Also Having no car history also doesn't put my mind at ease though I did discover it was from a rental company.
