I purchased an audi a7 from this garage and dealt with Lewis. From the very first call to the collection of the car he was superb. He provided me with a VIDEO and very detailed photos of the car. Nothing was to much trouble for him. The car was better than the photos but matched his description. His knowledge of the car was excellent. This time Mark dealt with us and arranged a quote for part exchanging my existing Kona SE Premium Hybrid against a 72 plate Kona Ultimate hybrid. Very happy repeat customer, would highly recommend.

I went in to test drive and place an order on an Ioniq 5 at this dealership first I would like to say Mark salesman was brilliant but unfortunately Dan the So called Manager who doesn’t have any customer service skills is an absolute disgrace for a family run dealership. He wanted me to agree a price beforehand before I was allowed to take the car for a test drive which I refused to do and then when I said I can get it cheaper which I can I was told to go and buy it from that place. A family run business are employing a manager who has to regard to they customers who has just lost a sale for a £45,000+ sale what a disgrace when I asked the salesman to get the manager to come and speak to me he refused to come out of his so called office sill excuse he gave I’m dealing with someone else.

I ordered a new Tucson in Jan 2022 and was told it was coming the end of March as they already had the car ordered. The car hasn't turned up yet and I'm having to do all the causing up with Hyundai myself. My pcp on my current car is coming to a end and all they need to do is send a new date for my ordered car to extendy current PCP and they havent done anything. Would I recommend cars2. HELL NO

I have put a £500 deposit under condition my own finance will go through, not only they have ordered a car which I have not confirmed as having finance and are trying to sell it me now with their finance but also are now saying I`ll lose my money because I don`t want the car which arrived without my confirmation. Also sales guy is now denying responsibility for his words where this was my verbal agreement with him to return my deposit if they finance will fail. I only choose my finance option not theirs because this is what I could afford I`ll add. Getting a response from anybody is bordering with miracle, they don`t respond to queries and their complaints procedure is a joke (28 days to respond) whilst they hold your money. STAY AWAY that`s my advice, no sales ethics just after your money thats it..

Terrible, rude salesman called Lewis. Such a bad attitude should not be working with the public! Once your money is handed over they have no interest in after sales, or doing what they had promised. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I take my hyundai here for all its services and they never let me down. Staff are polite excellent and well mannered. My service was done as always to exceptional standard the valet was spot on after been let down last time. I only have 1 problem the hire car was filthy it had dog hairs in it and rubbish from the previous person who had used it I don't expect that. I highly recommend anybody who goes to this garage ask for Alex Trees the most helpful member of staff you could ask for goes above and beyond we always feel like our custom is much appreciated he's so polite we always look for him when we go in a bit gutted he's moved from service he is all for the customer will do anything to help make your life easier also understands when sometimes you need a different type of hire car due to disability he is an absolute credit to hyundai bradford not many all for customers pity he couldn't be persuaded to stay in service as hyundai have lost a brilliant member of the service team spoke to other customers who were also disappointed Alex wasn't on service anymore mayve something to think about from management

On entering the Bradford showroom we were met by a very pleasant young man going by the name of Assam. He was very polite & professional with a permanent smile which actually put my husband & myself at ease…. We had our test drive & decided to buy the car. Assam worked very hard to get us the deal we wanted. We pick our new car up next week!! Thanks for the laughs Assam!
