**DISAPPOINTING SERVICE AND FAULTY CAR* Couldn't give less than one star. Best advice from me read all reviews and follow they advice. I bought car from here and I wished I hadn't I bought car 6 month ago from Carscene Norwich, since then I have problem after problem, everytime I go there with problems and asking them to fix it they telling me they will check it just to make me stop coming to them. Last time when I did went there and explained that car making strange sounds and I know what's wrong with it. They answer was really sarcastic they did let me understand that I coming to often and asking to check a car. There is no point to leave a car in they garage because all the time's they are saying car is fine and they can't find a problem when a true is they don't want spend an extra penny to fix it. I had to take car to independent mechanic to sort it out and it cost me a lot of money from my pocket
Would NOT buy from these. Awful after service and my car started making a bad noise 2 days after purchase. I have 6 months warranty and they are saying ‘wear and tear’ and ‘it’s only a noise’ and are refusing to repair it.

We returned a faulty Golf in December and they put it straight back up for sale with their ‘warranty’. I’ve noticed it’s sold, hope this isn’t the car you bought. It needed a complete engine rebuild.
My wife bought a Toyota Aygo from Carscene Norwich two years ago and was impressed with the service she received and has been very happy with the vehicle. I have been thinking of changing my 4x4 and have kept an eye on their stock. A few weeks ago I purchased a Vauxhall Antara, 4 years old. Very impressed with the service received from Lee, and with the transaction generally. After a couple of weeks one of the brakes starting squeaking quite badly. Contacted Kieron the After Sales manager who booked the car in and sorted the problem with no quibble or fuss. Got the vehicle back the same day. Impressed all round and would have no hesitation in recommending this dealer.
I purchased my Audi TT from this dealership in September. There were some things that I asked the dealers to fix before I came to collect the car and they didn't complete all of them which was a shame but other than that it was okay,. I would still recommend this dealership but with caution and i was say that the aftercare could be better.

I bought a car from this dealership in June. The dealers have been quite helpful. I have had some issues that have eventually been resolved but I am still waiting for one of them to be sorted. They have provided me with a courtesy car and been quite reasonable. I would recommend them but I would also say that f you are looking for a perfect looking car to make sure that the car has no cosmetic issues because they will not repair them.

In May I purchased a Mercedes from Carscene and up to now everything has been great. really good after care, The car had two minor faults but these were repaired as quickly and efficiently as they could. The car was a very good price and was received very clean and just as described. I will be recommending this dealership.

I had a shocking experience with the last dealership I dealt with and I'm happy to say Carscene gave us a much better experience. They were honest, pointed out the good and the bad and I've not had any nasty surprises like with the last car I bought. I recommend them fully.

If you are a layman of the car industry then stay well clear, looks can be deceiving especially a car from the little shop of CARSCENE HORRORS. We were sold a unroadworthy vehicle which required multiple repairs and also a major component failed within the first three months. They do not give you any after sales loyalty, customer service or politeness. I am so glad that I never have to deal with that bunch of deceitful slimeballs again. Just go to a main dealer and get a years warranty. If you see a good review about Carscene it’s 110% fake - that should be their moto
