Great service from The Car People in Manchester! Helpful salesmen, The car was In very good condition apart from an issue with the brakes but they were happy to sort it out straight away so this was not a problem. Happy overall would recommend them!

I bought a car from The Car People in Manchester nearly 2 months ago now, very helpful staff, had answers to all my questions. There was no pressure to buy and the car was very clean and well presented when i went to pick it up. 5 stars without a doubt.

The Car People were very helpful and not at all pushy, they had a big range of cars to chose from and the salesman who helped us on the day let us take a couple out for a test drive, I'm quite indecisive so I really appreciated his patience. The Renault I chose has been excellent and I couldn't be happier.

The dealership were cracking, they were the cheapest around for miles and were so nice to me. They sent the log book to my old address but it was an easy mistake to make and its getting sorted, definitely recommend!

Last October I was looking for a new car and used this place, here is how it went. When visiting The Car People Manchester it was a Saturday and extremely busy, there were lots of customers, with this in mind there were also a lot of staff - the staff did not leaving us waiting long, we were seen to and they dealt with everything really quickly, there was no hanging around or looking fro help, somebody was always available although it was a busy place. Considering the capacity of customer the staff showed excellent, quick customer service and catered for our needs accordingly. I didn't really shop around for different prices, but for the Mileage of the car I do believe it it good value for money. I recommend the dealership for the above and also as the was was spotless and I did not encounter any issues at all.

The Car People Manchester made purchasing a car easy. The process was very straight forward and simple. This is why I recommend them to others looking to buy a new car. The car was clean, tidy and exactly as advertised, and also great value for money. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, it created an enjoyable experience overall.

I would not recommend The car people Manchester, however I am currently dealing with the Sheffield branch and the service is great. They are helpful and polite. The reason I am now dealing with the Sheffield branch is because the car I originally purchased from the Manchester branch has now been written off. I had a crash in which the car is unrepairable for a reasonable price. I attempted to log a complaint with the dealership as I was charged for my monthly finance after the car was written off and I wasn't using it, and again I think I will be charged again this month. On a lighter note the sales partner I originally dealt with was helpful and polite, but from there my experience with The Car People Manchester went down. I was told that the car was completely fine and ready to take away but on the day I was suppose to pick it up there was a delay as the car needed work doing, I had already got rid of my old car expecting to pick my new car up on the date I was told, I needed a car and struggled to get to and from work due to the unexpected delay. As previously stated I did attempt to log a complaint but I felt that this was not taken seriously as it went no further. I must stress that the Car People Sheffield are brilliant and I would not want my experience of the Manchester branch to reflex badly on them - I would already recommend the Sheffield branch but would never go back to the Manchester branch hence my overall rating of 2.

Not the best experience, but it wasn’t massively bad. When I got to the dealership they wasn’t 100% helpful, I wasn’t made aware of any extra options available, e.g. petrol, modifications to the car. The car hadn’t been vacuumed inside. When I first viewed the car there was a parcel shelf, but when I picked the car up and took it home (without checking the boot previously) I realised it wasn’t there. I took the car back and the dealership didn’t resolve this with no cost to myself, they went halves on the cost for this, which was very inconvenient. I would recommend the dealership but I would also recommend they improve their service. However, they were very polite and any issues that were raised were sorted one way or another.

Really pleased and happy with the Car People in Ashton Under Lyne. Did have to take it back for windows and balancing to be sorted. They took it in in straight away and fixed both in a flash, was there an hour, not bad service at all, top marks for them on that one. If you want a helpful car dealership who are willing to look after you once you have driven away then look no further than the Car People, I will be going again
