I booked my car for MOT and they was no confirmation to say the car is booked. I called the day before to check if the car is booked and l was told l will receive a call before 5pm for confirmation and need to take my car at 11am.It was 17:15 l called again as l.had not received a call and the lady tried to call the Northampton branch and she told me it was closed but just to take the car at 11am.Arrived at the car shop the receptionist guy who attended to me very rude no customer service manners at all and need some training of how to talk with customers. He was rude not even helpful blaming his other people who dealt with my calls yesterday. Instead of apologising as a company he could not .Now another one came and it made two of them speaking over me .Please car shop l will not recommend anyone for Northampton branch at all after this communication errors .

Bought car for my self at the car shop there was working my ex partners friend they was talking in they language without me understanding, they changed my income !! Without my knowledge somehow they put the finance on my name and the car on my parters name , while I was there I been asked by the sales man to cancel my appointment and come back in one or two weeks when I’m not gonna be on the system !! Then without me still not knowing that the car is on my ex partners name my ex took the car to Romania and sold it !!! I been going to the car shop 100x all they did the managers lied to me that they reported car stolen when I asked for crime ref number they was finding excuses, telling me that my bank statements was used just for the proof of address !! When I asked for the copies of my data they couldn’t provide me a copy of the V5 , before that when I called them and requested all my data I been told by one of the managers that I’m not getting anything and hang up on me , from 3 months worth statements that I provided them I got copy only of one statement ! Be careful people !!!

Again... another happy customer.. never fail to let me down with what I need.. servicing team a* rated as they are always proving great customer service. Reliable.. very professional. Customer focused, approachable behaviour.
