Bought a car august pick up date I get a email from carshop norwich saying there is a fault and need to get a part which had to come from Germany well it took 2 months no courtesy calls so I get car around 19 august they say bring it back when part is in will only take a few mins so 31 august I get call saying you need to pick up today then sunk In sales targets ,it's now October still waiting ,never again do not go here if you like customer service

This is by far the worst consumer experience I have ever encountered. The customer service and management staff at CarShop Norwich have skilfully dodged every call and email regarding the problems I had with my car after only 12 hours after purchase when I realised that most of the features I had paid extra for don't work. Have now reported to trading standards and made a formal complaint, struggling to get the refund I have been legally told I am entitled too. Very distressing and upsetting. Totally disgusting behaviour from what I imagined to be a professional corporate company. Would never ever shop here again. Please do not buy a car from here!!

I purchased a car from the Norwich Car Shop and Ralph the Sales person was extremely helpful, informative and professional and put me at ease by guiding me through the steps of purchasing the vehicle with patience. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Car Shop to others.

My son paid £50 to have a car brought from cardiff to norwich. Condition was described as very good. When we viewed car it was badly scratched on bonnet and hadn,t even been washed. It was filthy and had dried on bird poo over the windows. Had we known the true condition we wouldn,t have paid the £50 to bring it here which we have now lost and we.re still waiting for the reservation fee to be refunded. Such a shame because i was very interested in another car they had which was over £9000 but will definitely not be returning especially as i,v just read the other reviews.

From the minute you walk in you are greeted with bully type tactics to try and pressure you into a car you are not interested in. We asked to view small five door automatic vehicles and got shown three door manuals that stunk of smoke and covered in scratches.

Avoid as my daughter has had problems with the car she got from here, paid £15,000 and had problems after 3 weeks, 7 months later still problems, they're a joke.

Went to CarShop Norwich this morning to sell my car. They gave me a price which was fine, however, my car did have finance on it which was cleared but didn’t show this on the computer, so they needed proof, which was fair enough. John who served me this morning was very pleasant and told me that I didn’t need to make another appointment and just come back when I had proof. Went home, telephoned finance company who emailed me a letter of proof, so came back to CarShop this evening. Spoke to the man at the front who couldn’t find John and asked us to sit down. This man then spoke to a couple of his colleagues, a man and a woman, who were stood at the main desk. They both looked round at us and had the look of ‘I don’t want to be helping those people’ and didn’t. The woman then proceeded to sit at an empty desk staring into space for the half an hour that we sat there being ignored. We then decided to leave. If you state that you will buy cars then you need to have staff who actually want to provide this service. We are planning to change our other car within the next six months but won’t be going to CarShop!
