Not the best experience with The car People in Sheffield. The service was okay but the car has had to go back in for repairs twice and the issue is till occurring. The car was not really as described at all, the paint job was terrible and the badge in the boot is very corroded. Also, one of the dealers seemed quite dishonest when I asked her to check if one of the cars that I was looking at had been in a bump. She just brushed it off and acted like she didn't know anything. I would not recommend this dealership.

I have had a similar experience, apart from I have taken my car back 3 times now and still have problems, even though some things have been fixed they seem reluctant to replace every single part that actually needs replacing! Paid extra for this Supaguard treatment that had not been applied properly as all swirl marks everywhere, generally not very happy with Car People as they either do not listen or simply just fob you off!
Really good service all round, they were really helpful and easy to buy from. I bought a Volvo from them in April and I would highly recommend them based on my experience.

The Car People were a pleasure to do business with, there was no hard selling or sales tactics, I bought a low mileage VW golf with all its service history, they valeted the car and gave it a service. I'd happily do business with them again when I look to buy again.
